Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CareFunding website and matching assistance service (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use this Platform. By submitting any request, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

This Platform is not available in all states. Residents of certain jurisdictions may be restricted from submitting requests due to applicable state or local laws and regulations.

Nature of the Service — Automated Matching Assistance

CareFunding provides an automated matching assistance service. When you submit information through our secure form, your information is algorithmically evaluated and transmitted to one or more participating third-party providers who may independently determine whether to extend a financing offer.

CareFunding is not a lender and does not guarantee that any offer will be made. The matching process is automated, and not all submissions will result in a match with a participating provider. Participating providers make all independent lending and credit decisions using their own criteria.

Financing options on this platform are intended to assist with pet care-related costs in amounts generally ranging from $500 to $5,000.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your request being rejected by participating providers and may expose you to legal liability.

No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CareFunding does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular financing offer will be available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareFunding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any financing offer (or lack thereof) from a participating provider.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this Platform are the property of CareFunding or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Michigan.

Changes to Terms

CareFunding reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
